Spencer gave a little smirk and shook his head. ”No, I only work with new recruits in… special cases.” he said with little humor to his voice. If Kip wasn’t a special case then he didn’t know what was. Spencer dropped his straw back into his drink and looked at Evan. ”Harding, eh? Who’s head of your training?” he asked. He seemed to remember that training was based partly on last name but he didn’t know who was responsible for what group. He didn’t think he would have been paired with Kip, both name-wise and considering that the boy had done a lot of individual training. Spencer found that his thoughts had been straying to Kip a lot lately but he pushed these ones from his mind and concentrated on the kid in front of him.
Luka listened carefully to Spencer’s words and was a bit confused by them. “Special cases?” He suspected that the agent wouldn’t tell him more about it but at least he tried. He called a waitress walking past their table then and asked for another coffee. He usually didn’t drink a lot of it but he figured it would help them keeping a conversation as he didn’t want the agent to leave yet. He still had plenty of questions. At Spencer’s next question, Luka tried hard to remember the name of the agent he met when he was wandering in the Government building, last week. But she never told him what her name was, it was only when he got out that the woman at the desk in the office asked him if Miss Adelio was done with him. “Adelio. I don’t know her first name though.”, he answered while blessing Pamela for having told him the identity of the woman he fooled that day.
